    • Thanks for the comment.  I believe that there are so many DIY tools available the I would use them first before investing money in professional services.  Avoiding biases is a subjective thing.  For example, if you are using surveys make sure that questions asked are neutral.  Using research into social media platforms such as Facebook Insights or Instagram Analytics is a good place to start.
